JOB PURPOSE To Lead and manage all QA/QC functions across civil building projects to ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, and PEC standards, while enhancing quality systems, optimizing costs, and improving construction methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, train,
